Aluminum/Metal Signs

Metal signs are commonly used as warnings, directional indicators and advertising where. durable, lightweight solution is required.

Metal signs are created on a 3m aluminum composite material (ACM). The core is a thick plastic sheet sandwiched between two aluminum skins. The result is a tough, durable, lightweight sign suitable for interior and external use. This is the most common material for street signs. The underlying surface is bright white and takes text and graphics extremely well.

Quantities: 1 to 200 (larger quantities by special request)

Sizes available include: 6″x6″ to 48″x48″ with standard and custom sizes in between.

Finishing: Rounded corners, drilled holes for mounting (centre or corners).

Design Comments: Submit file at size plus minimum .125″ bleed area. For large images assure that files are a minimum 300 DPI at size.

Special Instructions: These signs are commonly mounted on metal poles requiring holes at top and bottom centre. Holes are drilled approximately .75″ from the outer edge. Place text or graphics 1″ from the edge to avoid the holes.
